DTH-Lab is offering two scholarships to support #MHFN members based in Europe whose abstracts are accepted for the AI & Medicine Conference 2026: From Code to Clinic – Translating AI into Medical Practice, taking place 7–9 May 2026 at the ICE Congress Centre, Kraków, Poland.

This conference brings together researchers, clinicians, and technologists at the forefront of artificial intelligence and medicine. Day 1 (Thursday, 7 May) is dedicated to Research & Innovation, featuring oral and poster sessions where you can share your latest findings with an international audience.

Eligibility Criteria 

Applicants will be considered for a scholarship if they:

  • Are under 35 years old
  • Are active #MHFN members (not a member yet? Join here before 13 April, 2026)
  • Are based in Europe with the legal right to travel to Poland
  • You are currently registered at a European university or academic institution, or an early-career professional working in a relevant field (AI, digital health, medicine, public health, health systems, etc.) with verifiable institutional affiliation.
  • Have submitted an abstract to the conference
  • Are able to attend the conference in person and complete the required post-conference engagement

Scholarship Coverage 

Selected participants will receive support for:

  • Conference registration (including lunch)
  • Travel to and from Kraków (flight, train, or bus, depending on departure city)
  • Hotel accommodation (including breakfast)
  • A €120 conference stipend to cover additional costs such as other meals and local transportation in Kraków
  • Invitation to the conference welcome reception
  • Access to the Gala Night.

Selected participants are expected to share key learnings with the #MHFN community by any of the following: a) a written reflection (600–800 words) or b) video (2–4 minutes)

Selected participants will have to provide proof of attendance to the conference through photos.
